As an HR Manager at CodeCraft Innovations, Your responsibilities will include managing and enhancing human resources functions from talent acquisition to employee engagement and operational excellence in a dynamic growing team.
You will develop organizational culture, optimize operational procedures, and ensure employee satisfaction.

Job responsibilities:

  • Manage talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
  • Ensure efficiency of the hiring process for meeting the strategic hiring needs.
  • Come up with employer branding initiatives to build a positive employer reputation and attract the best candidates.
  • Develop onboarding procedures to ensure the best employee experience.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Benefits package design and implementation.
  • Devise strategies for maintaining a clear and active line of communication and engagement within a workplace.
  • Provide support in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation, and resolve any raised issues.
  • Handle employment terminations and offboarding.
  • Measure employee engagement level and satisfaction.
  • Organize periodic employee performance reviews.

Required qualifications:

  • Higher education in the field of HRM or relevant field.
  • Advanced knowledge of written and spoken Armenian, English and Farsi.
  • Enthusiasm to work with the team and in the team, ability to contribute to building a positive team spirit.
  • Ability to build and develop relationships with employees and candidates.
  • Result-oriented approach.
  • Time management and planning skills.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
  • Adherence to higher working ethical standards (honesty, dedication, responsibility), innovative thinking, confidentiality and objectiveness.
