Job responsibilities:
- Actively seek out and contact potential clients to introduce and promote our company’s products/services.
- Deliver customer service through online and phone support.
- Provide solutions to customers with the help of supervisors from different departments.
- Provide detailed information about websites, procedures, payments, and requests.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Collect data about customers’ problems.
Required qualifications:
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to different situations and personalities.
- Customer service skills.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines and pressure.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Ability to work as a part of a team.
- Ability to be patient and understanding.
- Ability to work in flexible shifts and on-site.
- Experience in the field is a plus.
